The final piece of the Nordic ritual. A qualified local therapist comes to the house — massage table, oils, hot stones and all — and sets up in The Himmel, our skylit spa room. Heat, cold, rest… and then hands that know what they're doing.
How it works
No driving anywhere. No getting dressed up. Just walk downstairs in your robe.
Treatments are provided by Helen Turfrey of Ren Clinic — an award-winning holistic and remedial therapist, established since 2017, who specialises in luxury in-home treatments for holiday retreats. Every treatment is tailored to you, using doTERRA therapeutic-grade essential oils. She comes to the house and sets up in The Himmel or, if you prefer, your own room. Evenings and back-to-back appointments for groups can usually be arranged.
Reserve your treatment when you book your stay — that gives you the best chance of your preferred slot. You can also add treatments at any time afterwards through your booking portal. Booking during your stay is sometimes possible, but availability is very limited.
